We target all monthly treats to arrive between 20th-28th of each month.
You will receive a confirmation email when your box ships from Tokyo, Japan.
In an effort to get treats to our subscribers as soon as possible, we begin processing shipments 2-3 business days after the order placed. As a result, all address updates must be made within 48 hours prior to the subscription renewal date to ensure they are correctly reflected on your shipment.
The cutoff for the next month’s box of treats is the last day of the running month (i.e. Jan 31, 2017 11:59:59 pm JST). Note that we use Japan Standard Time for the cutoff time.
If you order your box on January 1st, you will receive a February box between February 20th-28th.
If you order your box on January 25th, you will receive a February box between February 20th-28th.
Please note that there is always a chance the delivery could take a bit longer due to customs delays and holiday traffic, however your treats shouldn't take longer than 12-14 business days to arrive.
All TokyoTreat boxes are brought from our office in Tokyo to Japan Post's (#1 most trusted postal service in the world and #2 for efficiency) Takanawa branch, in Tokyo. We always will use the Japan Post Airmail option to ensure that your box will arrive to your doorstep as soon as possible.
