I subscribed before January 2016 and I can't login into My Account. What should I do?

We did a major system upgrade and site revamp in January 1, 2016. Unfortunately, the new system does not have a backward compatibility with the old system.

If you subscribed before the date, please login from here: https://tokyotreat.wpengine.com/my-account/.

Please note that you will still receive all the remaining boxes you have paid for and your subscription will still be active on the old system

We are advising all members who subscribed before the date to resubscribe now with the new system as it allows you to:

  • Get discounted pricing for longer subscription term!
  • Apply add-ons for special offers
  • Upgrade and downgrade your plan easily
  • Cancel your plan timely
  • Easily modify shipping address and payment method

The old system and its database are planned to be completely removed in March 2016. Please make sure you resubscribe before then.

To resubscribe with the new system, simply do the following:

  1. Go to https://tokyotreat.com/subscribe/ and choose the plan and term you wish.
  2. Go to https://tokyotreat.wpengine.com/my-account/ and follow the steps there (this is important so that we can refund any overcharges and send you the correct box).
  3. Happy snacking! :)
