We target all boxes to arrive between 20th-28th of each month.
You will receive a confirmation email when your box ships from Tokyo, Japan.

In an effort to get boxes to our subscribers as soon as possible, we begin processing shipments prior to the signup cutoff. As a result, all address updates must be made within 48 hours prior to the subscription renewal date to ensure they are correctly reflected on your shipment. Due to the early pre-cutoff shipping, you might receive your boxes earlier than the above dates.
Please note that there is always a chance the delivery could take a bit longer than the above schedule due to customs delays and holiday traffic. We might request some additional time for your box to arrive.
