When do the pre-orders boxes ship?

YumeTwins will be fully launched on June 1, 2016.
The first batch will be July box with approximate arrival date of July 20th-28th.

Prior to the launch date, we are taking pre-orders for July box at 40% OFF until May 31.
Your credit card will be charged immediately when you pre-order.
Your next billing for the second box (August box) will take place in July.
**Please note that preorders will see June as the next billing month at first - this will change to July automatically once the preorders close at May 31.

As in TokyoTreat, in an effort to get boxes to our subscribers as soon as possible, we begin processing shipments prior to the signup cutoff. Due to the early pre-cutoff shipping, you might receive your boxes earlier than the approximate arrival date above.

[UPDATE - June 1, 2016] Good news for you who pre-ordered before May 31, 2016 11:59pm JST!
Our original plan was to open pre-orders for July box until end of June and ship them early July from Tokyo (with estimate arrival date of July 20th-28th to your house), but we've been slammed with thousands of orders and completely sold out 1.5 months stock within just 13 days.

With that said, we decided that the pre-order YumeTwins box will be the June box instead (with the exclusive Sailor Moon Plush) and it will be shipped sooner.

If you pre-ordered before May 31, 2016 11:59pm Japan Standard Time, you can expect your pre-order box to arrive 1-2 weeks earlier than the original estimate arrival date of July 20-28th.

Please note that if you still have active subscriptions, most likely you will be charged for the July box before you receive the pre-order June box (because it's still on its way to you). If you do not wish to receive July box and any more boxes onward, please login to your Customer Portal and cancel your subscription before your renewal date.

July box (=box ordered after June 1, 2016 or box resulting from subscription renewal) will have completely different contents from June box (=preorder box ordered before May 31, 2016), but equally awesome! :)
