How do I reactivate my canceled subscription?

Reactivating your cancelled subscription is easy! However, please note that you will be charged immediately upon reactivation if you have the monthly plan. 

UPDATE: Starting April 3rd 2019 JST, reactivating a cancelled prepaid subscription when you still have remaining unshipped boxes will no longer charge you for duplicate boxes. Instead, it just sets the subscription to renew normally with no immediate charges.

Follow the steps below to reactivate your subscription: 

1. Go to “My Account Dashboard” under the Home tab.  


2. At the bottom of that page select “View Plan” on the subscription that you would like to reactivate.



3. Select “Reactivate This Subscription” at the top or bottom of the page.



4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Reactivate Subscription”.
