1. Log in to your Customer Portal here: https://my.tokyotreat.com and click the "Need Help?" button on on the left bar.
2. Click the “Open Ticket” button
- Choose the category based on your issue
- Write down the issue that you are experiencing thoroughly.
- Click the “Open Ticket” and the ticket would be sent to our Customer Support immediately.
- After you send the ticket, you can check any updates and conversation history by clicking the “View Ticket” button.
If you couldn't access your Customer Portal, please follow the steps below:
- Visit our website and find the “Contact” button.
- Choose the category that fits your current inquiry. After you write down your current inquiry, click the “Submit” button
- Your ticket would automatically be sent to our Customer Support team and please wait for the reply!
