How can I obtain my tracking number?

If you choose a shipping method with a tracking option, we will email you a tracking number as soon as we ship your package. In case you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder, as it is an automated email.

Alternatively, you can find your tracking number by navigating to ‘Me’ → ‘My Orders' and selecting your specific order. Click on your Package, and it will open the ‘Package Detail Page’ where we have provided the URL to the shipping courier's tracking website.

Please be aware that your tracking number might take some time before it is updated by the post office.
