How do I delete my account?

Before you delete your Ichigo account, please note that:

• Any unpaid orders will be canceled.
• You won't receive updates on your upcoming packages and we may not be able to help you if there are any problems with your shipment.
• Access to any owned gift cards will be revoked, but you can request to have it transferred to your new account.
• Deleting your account will permanently erase all other information associated with your Ichigo account, including your Subscription Box Account and JapanHaul data.

To delete your account, follow these steps:

1. Log into the Ichigo App.
2. Navigate to the "Me" page and select the "Account Settings" menu.
3. Click on "Delete Account."
4. Confirm your account deletion in the app.
5. You will then receive an email. Confirm your account deletion once again through the email and follow the provided instructions. This extra step is necessary to prevent accidental account deletions.
