The Skip A Month feature allows you to skip your next box that hasn't been paid. Please note that this skip a month option can only be used once, it will break your streak, and you will lose any forever coupons applied to your account.
If you purchased February’s box on January 2nd, you can choose to skip a month on January 20th and you will skip March’s box.
If you purchased February’s box on January 2nd, and the subscription renewed on February 2nd, then you chose to skip a month on February 10th, you will skip April’s box (since you have paid for the March box on February 2nd).
If you wish to skip a month, simply login to your customer portal, go to the “My Account Dashboard” under the Home tab. At the bottom of that page select “View Plan” on the subscription you would like to skip a month for. Scroll to the bottom of that page and select “Skip A Month”.
