Delayed shipment - Canada Post Strike

2018/11/21

Currently, all shipments to Canada is being held due to the post office strike and there's no announcement from the Canada Post regarding when the strike is going to end.

Please kindly check the official announcement here:

Delivering your box timely and in pristine condition has been our utmost priority.
With that said, we've gone ahead and negotiated with Japan Post (11/21) to send and register your box to the backlog at the Japan Post's Narita Airport warehouse so that they can be processed and shipped immediately once receiving the official information from Canada Post when the strike ends.

However, please note that since Canada Post is currently unable to determine the situation, your box may experience a major delay than the expected arrival time (which was 3-4 weeks) depending on when the strike ends.

Please kindly wait for now as we will keep you up-to-date of the situation here and in your Customer Portal.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience.
