Why does my tracking link not work?

  • Tracking link might take 7 business days to be updated by the post office, if the tracking link still does not work after 7 business days, please contact our support team here.
  • If you see the tracking link not updating after the status is arriving in the destination country, we'd like to suggest you to contact your local post office for the new tracking number since, in some countries, the local post office will change the tracking number upon arrival in the country.
