What causes are covered in my insurance?

If your box is insured, you are fully covered and will be eligible to receive a full refund in case your box is damaged or missing. Cases including:

  • Stolen boxes due to theft
  • Damaged boxes due to natural disaster
  • Missing boxes due to operation mix-up in your country
  • Damaged boxes due to mishandling by your local courier

 

If you do not have insurance add-on, you are still eligible for a compensation offer in the case of:

  • Missing item: box arrived intact but some items are not in the box due to warehouse staff forgot to include them.
  • Damaged item: all items received but some are damaged or expired from the manufacturer.
