If your box is insured, you are fully covered and will be eligible to receive a full refund in case your box is damaged or missing. Cases including:
- Stolen boxes due to theft
- Damaged boxes due to natural disaster
- Missing boxes due to operation mix-up in your country
- Damaged boxes due to mishandling by your local courier
If you do not have insurance add-on, you are still eligible for a compensation offer in the case of:
- Missing item: box arrived intact but some items are not in the box due to warehouse staff forgot to include them.
- Damaged item: all items received but some are damaged or expired from the manufacturer.
