Are you still shipping orders?
Yes, we’re still processing orders for shipment as usual at our warehouse. We highly recommend that you register an accessible home address, instead of business addresses.
Please note that some shipping methods are unavailable to some countries at the moment due to temporary mail service suspension from Japan Post.
Can you ship to my country?
Due to the temporary suspension in certain Japan Post mail services, some shipping methods for JapanHaul orders will not be available until normal postal operations are resumed. Notably, Saver (SAL) is not available at this time.
Express (EMS), Standard (E-Packet), and Priority Shipping (D-Mail) are available for the following countries:

If you live in a country not listed above, Japan Post has unfortunately suspended all shipping methods due to Covid-19. As a result, we are unable to ship your order at this time until further notice. We will, however, hold your packages and ship them immediately when Japan Post resumes services to your country.
What will happen to my order that has already shipped?
Any order that has already been shipped should still make its way to you, although it may take longer than usual to arrive due to the current situation.

Will my items be delayed?
Although packages are still leaving our warehouse as usual, external factors such as tightened customs scrutiny, as well as local government lockdowns will likely affect the delivery time. We will continue to monitor the situation very closely and provide updates where possible.
