When will my box ship and how long until it arrives?

Once your order is placed, your box will be prepared and packed within 3~5 business days before being handed over to the delivery courier.

The estimated delivery time depends on your country's chosen shipping method, and you can check it on our Help Center here.

• Express Shipping:  2~14 Business Days After Shipping
• JapanPost Priority Shipping: 7~28 Days After Shipping
• Surface Mail: 60~90 Days After Shipping

Please note that if you have a prepaid subscription (3/6/12 Month Prepaid Plan), your second month’s box and onward will be shipped in our first batch, ahead of the Monthly Plan shipments.

You will receive a confirmation email once your box ships from our warehouse in Tokyo, Japan.

If you haven't received your box by the expected delivery date, please contact your local post office with the tracking number, or reach out to our support team. 

Also, if you contact us more than 1 month after the tracking status shows "delivered," we may not be able to offer assistance.
