What is your refund policy?

All amounts paid for the boxes and services are considered final and non-refundable. To avoid being charged for future boxes, please ensure to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and/or payment functionality, and suspend or cancel any pending box shipments, in the event of a dispute from your credit card company/PayPal or if your credit card company/PayPal notifies us of actual or suspected fraud on your credit card account.

If you choose to open a case with PayPal/Stripe, please be aware that they have the final decision regarding the claim.
