All orders will be shipped via a third-party carrier. Please note that if you select a shipping method that does not include tracking, we will be unable to monitor the status or location of your package once it has been dispatched.
In the unfortunate event that your order is lost after the delivery, we regret that we will not be able to offer a refund or reshipment, as we have no control over its delivery.
However, if your order is confirmed as returned to our warehouse by both the carrier and our team, you will be eligible for a reshipment. Once we verify the return, we will proceed with reshipping your order. Please be aware that an additional shipping fee will apply for this service.
To prevent your package from being returned, we highly recommend regularly checking your tracking information and staying in touch with your local post office for any necessary updates or actions regarding your delivery.
