When will I be charged?

When you complete your order, you will be charged immediately for your subscription.

For future payments, you’ll be charged on the same date and time each month (or every 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on your chosen plan). Please keep in mind that we follow Japan Standard Time (JST), so your renewal date may vary by one day depending on your local time zone.

For example, if you placed your order and activated your subscription on January 2nd, you will be charged on the 2nd of every month thereafter.

Please note that the renewal date policy is different if you signed up on the month's last day. Read more about it here.
