FAQ Regarding Sakura Spring Snackfest Sale Extension! (March 2026 Update)

Due to popular demand, we are extending the sale of our Sakura Spring Snackfest box until March 22nd, 23:59 JST.

Existing subscribers who ordered the Sakura Spring Snackfest before the extension period will receive the April box as their next box. This extension will not affect your subscription in any way, and you will not receive a duplicate Sakura Spring Snackfest box.

New subscribers who sign up for TokyoTreat between March 16 and March 22, 23:59 JST, will receive the Sakura Spring Snackfest box as their first box. Their renewal date will be moved to the 15th of each month going forward.

Q: What does this mean? How will my experience differ from that of other subscribers who purchased the Sakura Spring Snackfest box before the extension period?

A: If you subscribe during the extension period, your next renewal date will be the 15th of the month, instead of the regular renewal date for subscribers who joined before the extension.

Regular period — Monthly Plan:

• First payment: March 16, 2026 JST (April box)
• First renewal: April 16, 2026 JST (May box)
• Second renewal: May 16, 2026 JST (June box)

Extension period — Monthly Plan:

• First payment: March 16, 2025 JST (March box)
• First renewal: April 15, 2026 JST (April box)
• Second renewal: May 15, 2025 JST (May box)

Regular period — 3-Month Prepay Plan:

• First payment: March 16, 2026 JST (April, May, June boxes)
• First renewal: June 16, 2026 JST (July, August, September boxes)
• Second renewal: September 16, 2026 JST (October, November, December boxes)

Extension period — 3-Month Prepay Plan:

• First payment: March 16, 2026 JST (March, April, May boxes)
• First renewal: June 15, 2026 JST (June, July, August boxes)
• Second renewal: September 15, 2026 JST (September, October, November boxes)
