A: AP plays a key role in enhancing your membership experience on the ICHIGO App. You can use AP to:

• Rank Up: Progress through different Membership Levels.

• Level Up: Increase your status within your current Tier.

• Tier Up: Unlock new benefits and rewards based on your accumulated AP.

AP is collected throughout the year, and your total AP determines your Membership Tier and Level.

Q: What are the different Membership Tiers on the ICHIGO App?

A: The ICHIGO App offers four Membership Tiers, each with its own set of perks and requirements:
1️⃣ Non-Member – Default status for new users.
2️⃣ Basic – Entry-level membership with limited perks.
3️⃣ Bronze – A higher tier with more benefits.
4️⃣ Silver – Enjoy even better rewards and discounts.

Q: I’ve spent $650 this year. How many AP do I have, and what is my membership tier level?

A: Since AP is earned at a rate of 1 AP per $1 spent (excluding discounts and shipping fees), you currently have 650 AP. Based on your AP total, your membership tier level is Silver!

Q: What happens to my AP at the beginning of each year?

A: AP resets to 0 every year on January 1st. However, don’t worry! While your AP starts fresh, you retain your previous year’s Tier Level throughout the new year.
✔ To maintain or upgrade your Tier Level for the following year, you must accumulate the required amount of AP before the year ends.

Q: How can I earn Coins on the ICHIGO App?

A: Coins are earned based on your Membership Tier and the amount spent on eligible purchases (excluding discounts and shipping fees).
Keep in mind that coins earned = Spending amount × Tier-based multiplier

Example:
If you are a Silver Tier Member and spend $200 (after discounts, before shipping fees), you will receive 600 Coins in total.

Q: How can I use the Coins I earn on the ICHIGO App?

A: Coins can be used to get discounts on purchases!
✔ 100 Coins = $1 USD discount on eligible items.

Example:
If you have 250 Coins, you can use 200 Coins for a $2 discount on your next purchase. The remaining 50 Coins will stay in your account for future use.

Good news! Coins never expire, so you can save them up for bigger discounts!

Q: How long does it take to receive AP and Coins after making a purchase?

A: Your AP and Coins will be automatically credited to your account once:
✔ Your order has been shipped OR
✔ Your first subscription box has been shipped (for subscription-based purchases).

This ensures that your rewards reflect only completed transactions!
