A: A Gift Card is a digital prepaid card with a balance in US dollars, which can be used within the ICHIGO App to purchase a Subscription Plan or one-off items. However, please note that Gift Cards cannot be used for Subscription Gift Plans or to cover Shipping Fees.

Q: How can I obtain a Gift Card?

A: Currently, Gift Cards are available exclusively through:

• ICHIGO promotional campaigns that offer Gift Cards as a reward.

• Special gifts from ICHIGO, given as part of certain promotions or customer appreciation events.

At this time, Gift Cards are not available for direct purchase.

Q: How will I know if I have received a Gift Card?

A: If you receive a Gift Card, you will be notified through:
✔ Email notification
✔ Push notification on the ICHIGO App
✔ In-app notification on the ICHIGO App

Additionally, you can check your Gift Card details anytime by navigating to the ‘Account’ page in the ICHIGO App and selecting ‘My Gift Cards’.

Q: How can I check my Gift Card balance?

A: You can easily check your remaining Gift Card balance by going to the ‘Account’ page in the ICHIGO App and selecting the ‘My Gift Cards’ menu.

Q: How do I use a Gift Card?

A: To redeem your Gift Card, follow these steps:

1. Add your desired items to your cart.

2. Proceed to the Checkout page.

3. In the ‘Use Gift Card’ field, enter your Gift Card code.

4. The balance will be applied to your order total automatically.

 Note: A Gift Card cannot be applied retroactively to an order that has already been placed.

Q: Can I use a Gift Card along with another voucher?

A: No, you cannot combine a Gift Card with another voucher. You will need to choose between using a Gift Card or a voucher for your purchase.

Q: Can I use a Gift Card along with Coins?

A: Yes! You can combine a Gift Card with Coins to maximize your savings. To do this:

1. First, enter your Gift Card code in the ‘Use Gift Card’ field at checkout.

2. Then, enter the amount of Coins you would like to redeem for an additional discount.
