At TokyoTreat, our top priority is making sure you experience happiness every month with our boxes. We want everyone to have an unforgettable snacking experience. If there’s an issue with your order, or if your box is damaged or lost in the mail, just reach out to our support team through your Customer Portal or our Contact Form, and we’ll take care of it by sending you a replacement!
When will I receive a reply to my inquiry?
Our support team will do our best to get back to you within 24-72 hours of business days (or even sooner, whenever possible!).
My Box Arrived Damaged - What Can I Do?!
No worries, we’ve got you covered! We’ll provide the snack replacement and include them in your next box. Just send us photos of the box and the damaged snacks, and we’ll take it from there.
Please note: Minor damage like broken chips, melted snacks, or small scratches may not qualify for compensation.
My Box is Lost or Has Not Arrived - What Can I Do?!
We’ve got you! If you haven’t received your box after 45 days since it was shipped and the tracking status still says "not delivered," we’ll send you a box replacement.
Please note: during the holiday season, shipping times may take longer, so a bit of extra patience is appreciated.
