If you have an issue with your order, your box is damaged or lost in the mail, please contact our support team via your Customer Portal or our Contact Form so we can replace your goods!

My Box Arrived Damaged - What Can I Do?!
No worries! We will replace the snacks and put them in your next box. Please send photos of the box and the damaged snack to our support team.
Please note: Minor damage such as broken chips, melted snacks, or small scratches may not qualify for compensation.
My Box is Lost or Has Not Arrived - What Can I Do?!
We’ve got you! We will replace your box if you have not received it after 45 days since it was shipped and the tracking status is not delivered.*
