Reactivating your cancelled subscription is easy! However, please note that you will be charged immediately upon reactivation if you have the monthly plan.
UPDATE: Starting April 3rd, 2019 JST, reactivating a canceled prepaid subscription when you still have remaining unshipped boxes will no longer charge you for duplicate boxes. Instead, it just sets the subscription to renew normally with no immediate charges.
Follow the steps below to reactivate your subscription:
1. Go to “My Account Dashboard” under the Home tab.
2. On the right page under the subscription section, click on the subscription that you would like to reactivate.
3. Select “Reactivate This Subscription” at the bottom of the page after choosing the plan.
4. Select "OK" after the summary of your order appears on the website.
