You can only access the Customer Portal after your registered email address is verified.
If you need to resend the verification email, just follow these steps:
- Go to https://my.tokyotreat.com/users/sign_up
- Enter your registered email address in the ‘Email Address’ field and click the ‘Sign Up’ button.
- Click the ‘Resend Activation Email’ link.
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the activation email, or search for emails from weloveyou@tokyotreat.com, weloveyou@yumetwins.com, weloveyou@nomakenolife.com, or weloveyou@sakura.co.
Please note that the verification link is only valid for 4 hours.
