1. Open the Ichigo App and tap on "Login."

2. Click on "Forgot Password?" located below the password entry field.

3. Enter the email address associated with your Ichigo account.

4. Check your inbox for a password reset email from Ichigo.

5. Open the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.

6. Once your password is successfully updated, return to the Ichigo App and log in using your new credentials.
