Before you proceed with deleting your ICHIGO account, please be aware of the following important points:

Any unpaid orders will be automatically canceled. If you have any pending payments, they will not be processed.

You will no longer receive updates on your upcoming packages. This means we may not be able to assist you with any shipping issues or inquiries related to your orders.

Access to any owned gift cards will be revoked. However, if you plan to create a new account, you can request to have your gift card balance transferred.

All data associated with your ICHIGO account will be permanently erased. This includes your Subscription Box Account, JapanHaul purchase history, rewards points, and any saved preferences. Once deleted, this information cannot be recovered.
How to Delete Your ICHIGO Account
If you still wish to delete your account, follow these steps:

Log into the ICHIGO App.

Navigate to the "Account" page and select the "Account Settings" menu.

Scroll down and click on "Delete Account."

Confirm your account deletion within the app.

You will receive a confirmation email—open the email, follow the provided instructions, and confirm your account deletion once again.
⚠️ Important: The additional email confirmation step is required to prevent accidental deletions. If you do not confirm via email, your account will not be deleted.
