FAQ Regarding Snackin' Wonderland box Sale Extension! (December 2025 Update)

Due to popular demand, we are extending the sale of our Snackin' Wonderland box until December 26th, 23:59 JST.

Existing subscribers who ordered the Snackin' Wonderland box before the extension period will receive the January box as their next box. This extension will not affect your subscription in any way, and you will not receive a duplicate Snackin' Wonderland box.

New subscribers who sign up for TokyoTreat between December 16 and December 26, 23:59 JST, will receive the Snackin' Wonderland box as their first box. Their renewal date will be moved to the 15th of each month going forward.

Q: What does this mean? How will my experience differ from that of other subscribers who purchased the Snackin' Wonderland box before the extension period?

A: If you subscribe during the extension period, your next renewal date will be the 15th of the month, instead of the regular renewal date for subscribers who joined before the extension.

Regular period — Monthly Plan:

• First payment: December 16, 2025 JST (January box)
• First renewal: January 16, 2026 JST (February box)
• Second renewal: February 16, 2026 JST (March box)

Extension period — Monthly Plan:

• First payment: December 16, 2025 JST (December box)
• First renewal: January 15, 2026 JST (January box)
• Second renewal: February 15, 2025 JST (February box)

Regular period — 3-Month Prepay Plan:

• First payment: December 16, 2025 JST (January, February, March boxes)
• First renewal: March 16, 2026 JST (April, May, June boxes)
• Second renewal: June 16, 2026 JST (July, August, September boxes)

Extension period — 3-Month Prepay Plan:

• First payment: December 16, 2025 JST (December, January, February boxes)
• First renewal: March 15, 2026 JST (March, April, May boxes)
• Second renewal: June 15, 2026 JST (June, July, August boxes)
