What is changing?

We will be updating our TokyoTreat and Sakuraco subscription pricing starting April 1, 2026 (JST).
 

This includes adjustments to:

• Base subscription prices
• Shipping fees
• Applicable taxes or duties (depending on your location)

These changes allow us to continue providing a reliable and high-quality experience as global shipping and operating conditions evolve. Updated base subscription pricing (per box):

How does this affect my subscription?

Any renewal on or after April 1 JST will be charged at the updated price. Your total subscription cost may change depending on:

• Your subscription plan (1, 3, 6, or 12 months)
• Your shipping location and method
• Any applicable taxes or duties

For customers in the United States

• Shipping fees & U.S Tax and Duties will increase

For customers in Europe and the United Kingdom

• Shipping fees will increase
• Taxes and Duties will now be applied at checkout

These tax and duties will be collected upfront to ensure smooth customs processing and avoid unexpected fees upon delivery.

Previously, TokyoTreat and Sakuraco covered VAT for orders to these regions. As part of this update and in line with current international requirements, VAT will now be applied to your order.

For customers in Surface Mail countries

• Surface Mail shipping, which was previously free, will now be $5.00 per box

Why are these changes being made?

Due to ongoing changes in international shipping, logistics, and import conditions, our operating costs have increased.
